6. Termination: Parky reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the software in case of violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability: Parky is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any legal actions or disputes arising from the use of Parky’s Parking Management Software shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.
